Upcoming Doc Savage #1 Issue Cover Art

Anthony Tollin and Nostalgia Ventures are getting close to the first issue of the upcoming Doc Savage reprint series.  Issue number 1 will have two different covers.  Here are the preliminary cover art designs for both variants, one with the original Robert Harris pulp cover and one with the James Bama paperback cover.  Hopefully we’ll have the actual magazines in soon!  I’ll keep you posted!

Upcoming Doc Savage Reprint Series

Anthony Tollin and Nostalgia Ventures and their hugely successful start with The Shadow reprints are about to kick off their Doc Savage series.

The upcoming DOC SAVAGE Volume 1 will be released with two different covers to commemorate the return of the Man of Bronze.  The regular edition will feature the “Fortress of Solitude” pulp cover by Robert Harris, while the variant edition will reproduce James Bama’s “Fortress of Solitude” cover for the Bantam paperback.

Send me an email to docsavage@vintagelibrary.com and let me know which cover format you prefer and I’ll make sure we have enough in stock.

Pulp Fiction on Squidoo!

I came across a new type of content/community website.  Part content, part links organized by topics. You create and share something called a lens which is your particular view into the internet.  It looks interesting so I created a lens for pulp fiction.  I’ll be updating it over time if it works out.  Take a look at it here:  http://www.squidoo.com/pulpfiction/

You can create your own lens about pulp fiction or about any topic that you want.  It’s a simple interface both to browse and to create your own lens pages.  If this looks like something you’d like to try, use the following link to create your account.  You and I will both receive a bonus, a $5 bonus last time I checked. http://www.squidoo.com/lensmaster/referral/JackSuto

Congratulations to 10 Years of ThePulp.Net!

Kudos to William Lampkin and his long running tribute website to all things pulp related.  It’s the most comprehensive guide to the online pulp world.  And, after ten years long of suppling his visitors with a great website, there’s no sign of him slowing down!  Check out his website if you haven’t already at ThePulp.net.
