Bond... James Bond as 007!

Bond... James Bond. He has been personified by the likes of Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan and others. Now, read the original adventures and meet 007 as Ian Fleming intended him to be.

Ian Fleming (1908-1964) spent four years, from 1929 to 1933, working for Reuters News Agency in the Moscow office. During World War II, he was the personnal assistant to the Director of British Naval Intelligence. Plus, his background as a banker and journalist all provided input to his creative imagination to create one of the most famous pulp style heroes of the mid to late 20th century.

As times change, and heroes evolve, so has Secret Agent 007. From 1981 through 1996, John Gardner would carry on the Bond tradition producing sixteen new Bond adventures starting with License Renewed including the novelization for Goldeneye.

And from 1996 through 2002, Raymond Benson would bring Bond into the 21st Century with another eight titles including Die Another Day and The World is not Enough.

Enjoy the Quintessential Modern Pulp Hero in his original paperback form.
